Coverage: Breakage replacement of "common element" glass:
      Exterior Condo Unit Glass
      (optional) Common Area (Lobby) Glass, and
      (optional) Balcony Railing Glass
      (optional) Shops/Restaurants inside Condo
     
(optional) Hotel/Rental Rooms inside Condo

Supplemental
Coverage:

Allowances for glass frame damage, boardup costs, security, and obstruction removal. Optional extended supplemental coverage is available.

Forms of Coverage: Condo Units have First dollar (no deductible) coverage;
Common Area can be rated for First dollar; Per-occurrence deductible; or 50/50 annual retention (half the first-dollar premium with an annual deductible for the other half)
Rating Method: Condo units are a fixed amount per unit based on square footage of each unit. You can rate units yourself.
Common Area is surveyed (at no charge) and rated.
